This 2 hour audio conference will thoroughly review Medicare Part B and other 3rd party payer documentation rules, regulations, and guidelines for Progress Reports, Daily Notes, and Discharge Summaries. This audio conference is also applicable to Progress Reports, Daily Notes, and Discharge Summaries provided in the following settings: Inpatient Rehab Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities Part A reimbursed under PPS, and Home Health. In addition, the audio conference will review Medicare certification and re-certification for outpatient therapy services.
